Black Walnut Epoxy River Coffee Table

A stunning Black Walnut Epoxy River Coffee Table; where nature meets contemporary design to create a captivating centerpiece for your living space. Material: Here we used two live edge black walnut slabs with interesting grain and live edge shape to create an epoxy river running through the center of the table. The epoxy is dyed to be opaque black to accent the carpet and complement the room’s décor. The table sits on a black powder coated metal base creating a clean modern look.

Finish: This table is finished with Rubio Mono coat pure. We utilize a gem buffer to apply the finish which allows for maximum water and spill protection. The additional layer of finish also provides for a very smooth and even sheen on both the wood and epoxy sections of the table. Rubio is our go to finish as its not only durable but is also spot repairable. Easy to clean, durable and repairable. A great finish for both residential and commercial applications.

Color: Traditional dark brows, reds and light browns that are usually associated with black walnut. Since we utilized the live edge wood on the inside of the table, we see a nice sapwood contrast to the darker heartwood. The table features a opaque black epoxy and a black powder coated steel base.
Dramatic variations of honey colors from the white sapwood to the darker heartwood. The top is nicely contrasted by the dark grain of the walnut wood base.
